6th Day: Exfoliation
Remember to follow the process of exfoliation and moisturizing. After the skin is polished and cleansed of unwanted cells, the skin pores will open wide to allow nutrients to penetrate deep inside. Exfoliating too harshly with too rough particles will cause small tears in your skin, leading the way for bacteria to invade.
